Panhellenic Council (PHC)

The Panhellenic Council at Truman State University governs five international sororities on campus. These five sororities Alpha Sigma Alpha, Alpha Gamma Delta, Sigma Kappa, Delta Zeta and Sigma Sigma Sigma participate in Formal Recruitment. National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC)

The National Pan-Hellenic Council at Truman State University is housed under Multicultural Affairs and governs the following international fraternities and sororities: Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

Interfraternity Council (IFC)

The Interfraternity Council governs the twelve fraternities at Truman that belong to the National Interfraternity Conference. The fraternities are: Alpha Gamma Rho, Alpha Tau Omega, Beta Theta Pi, Delta Chi, Lambda Chi Alpha, Pi Kappa Phi, Sigma Tau Gamma, Sigma Phi Epsilon, Tau Kappa Epsilon, Phi Kappa Theta, Phi Kappa Tau, Phi Lambda Phi and Phi Sigma Kappa.
